Description
Issue Summary
When an object type has its Object Type User role configured, customer users cannot search for its objects in the Insight field in Portal.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up an Object Type in your schema
- Go to Object type configuration > Roles tab
- Add yourself in the Object Type User role under the User column
- Configure the Insight field to have filter scope "objectType = <YOUR_OBJECT_TYPE>" in the Insight field configuration.
- Log in as a Customer to raise a request that has the Insight field on it
- Browse the Insight field
Expected Results
The Customer should see options in the dropdown
Actual Results
The dropdown shows "No options"
Workaround
Remove the roles from the Object Type User in object type configuration if possible.
