    Description

      Issue Summary

If there are more than one KB confluence space linked to a JSM project/portal, and an issue is cited as being resolved from a KB article in a KB confluence space that wasn't linked first, the article will fail to be fetched in the KB requests resolved by an article page from the requests resolved report

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Link KB space 1
      2. Link KB space 2
      3. in JSM portal, go to raise a request but resolve it from a KB article that resides in KB space 2

      Expected Results

Article names display in the KB requests resolved by an article page from the requests resolved report

      Actual Results

Article names aren't displayed in the KB requests resolved by an article page from the requests resolved report, instead replaced by a "Can't fetch article" text string in the report. (See image attachment)

      Workaround

if only one KB space is used for the project, and issues in future are resolved from articles in the one linked space, then they should report and display successfully in your report.
