Issue Summary
When the default project language is different than the user’s Atlassian account preferences, if a Request Type is edited, its name and description will be replaced it with the user’s Atlassian account language, instead of the Default project’s language.
Once saved, it will change the translation in the edited Request Type, as well as replace it in the Language Support.
Steps to Reproduce
- Change the project default language other than the one from your Atlassian account preferences
- Go to Project settings > Request Types, it should be displayed based on the Project's default language
- Select the Request Type you would like to edit
- It is displayed based on the user's Atlassian account preferences
- In case it is saved, it will also change the translation in the Language Support for the Request Request Type that was just edited.

After saving it, the new Translation is replaced in the Language Support:
Expected Results
When editing the Request Type, it should not be translated to the user's Atlassian account preferences
Actual Results
When editing the Request Type, it is translated to the user's Atlassian account preferences
Workaround
Change your profile to the project's Default language when editing the Request Type, hence, it should not be affected.
