Problem Definition
When the Responder alerts feature is enabled, adding responders to an Incident in a Service Project will automatically create an alert in Opsgenie for that responder.
Suggested Solution
The assignees in Jira are already informed about being assigned to a request, and in most cases, the agents assign the incident to themselves, which means they receive notification twice about something they already know.
