Enable Agents to hover over Request Participants on an Issue to see their Profiles

      Problem Definition

      When an Agent hovers over a Reporter or Assignee on an Issue, it shows their Profile.
      However, when they hover a Request Participant, it does not show their profile.

      Suggested Solution

      Have it to where hovering a Request Participant will have their Profile pop up in a modal as it does on Jira Server.

      Workaround

      There is no workaround currently. If one is found, it will be added here.
