      Problem Definition

      When migrating a portal-only account for JSM, if the email address is associated with an Atlassian Account that is currently de-activated, the error provided is 'Something went wrong. Try again later.'

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an Atlassian Account.
      2. Deactivate it.
      3. Create a Portal-only Account on a Site with the same email address as in step 1.
      4. Attempt to Migrate the Portal-only Account.
      5. See the Error returned.

      Expected Results

      'An Atlassian Account already exists for that email, but it is currently deactivated. Have the Owner of the associated email address contact Atlassian for more details here: link to SAC Support Request Creation.'

      Actual Results

      'Something went wrong. Try again later.'
