Allow comments on Assets objects to be created, updated, and deleted via the public REST API

      It is possible to create a new object using the REST API https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/insight/rest/api-group-object/

      However there is no way currently to read/add/edit/delete comments on an object using the REST API.

      The suggestion is to add a set of APIs to cover the same functionality that is possible through the UI.
