Description
Issue Summary
If Confluence has an IP Allowlist, Knowledge base setting "Who can" displays an error.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set IP Allowing list in Confluence
- make Jira service management Project
- on JSM project, create Knowledge base
- [Project settings]>[Knowledge base]>[Link space] > select Confluence space
Expected Results
- We can change and see "Who can view" and "Who can edit" settings.
Actual Results
- "Who can view" and "Who can edit" display error "Couldn't load. Refresh." We can't change settings too.
