Enable mapping specific Request Types to Request Channels for JSM Chat

      In the Request Channel settings, add the option to associate specific Request Type's to it. If none are selected, show all sync'ed Request Types from that project (or none if there is just one Request Type and that Request Type has no required fields other than summary).
