Provide the Ability to Customise/Remove the Message Displayed After Submitting Satisfaction Survey

      Issue Summary

      After completing the satisfaction survey and adding a comment, the page displays:

      Added comment

      Need something else? Visit the Help Center

      It would be nice to have the option to customise this message and link displayed to the user.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In the satisfaction survey email received, click on a star to submit a rating.
      2. When redirected to the portal, submit a comment. 

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
