On-call schedule should be displayed to users that are not members of the associated Opsgenie team

      Currently, the On-call option in a JSM project will only display a schedule for users that are members of the team associated with it in Opsgenie.

      In JSW projects, the schedule shows up for users that are not members of the Opsgenie team.

      Suggestion

      Add the ability for users that are not members of the Opsgenie team to see schedules in JSM projects.

            Is there any update on getting this simple feature. I see that is open from 2022 so its already 3 yrs and there is still on ETA?

            How is this impacted by the integration of OpsGenie into Jira Service Management? I have the same requirement as others where people outside of a Team need visibility to who is on-call.

            This would be very useful indeed.. we face the issue that is not easy to see who is the incident manager for the rotation and we need to have the schedules visible to all Jira users

            Implementing this feature is crucial, as many team members have requested it. Knowing who is on call will enable us to identify the responsible person quickly, facilitating efficient planning and coordination.

            it would be even better if we could show the oncall schedules to people who don't have an Opsgenie account. We have some stake holders that don't need Opsgenie accounts, but they should be able to see the oncall schedules in case of emergency.
