Automatically include link to Help Center in application switcher

JSM is promoted as a great tool for internal service management, but for users who work in Jira, there is no great way for them to get to a portal when they need to file a request or track the progress of their request.

A link to the help center should be automatically added with the list of Atlassian applications you can switch to.
