Issue Summary
Assist/JSM Chat shows the Issue field names, rather than Customer Display Names.
This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes)
Steps to Reproduce
- Set Display Names on the Request Type
- Sync Request type to JSM Chat
- Create a ticket in Slack
- Form shows Issue Field Name
Expected Results
Form should show Customer Display Name.
Workaround
Change the name of the Issue Field Name to the Display Name
