Issue Summary

The preview button is no longer shown in the team-managed request type configuration screen. Previously it's shown like the following image.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access to a team-managed service project
2. Access to [Service project setting] - [Request types]

Expected Results

The preview button is shown.

Actual Results

The preview button is not shown.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
