JSM Agents still recieve a significant volume of workload from mail.
Due to the use of images and tables in mails, the description in the ticket is displayed poorly (putting it politely...)
It would be useful for users to view the original mail to see it's intended formatting and also additional info like who else was in the TO / CC field.
You can do this currently but only as an admin via:
Project Settings > Email requests > Email logs
It would be great to offer this existing functionality to the agent from the ticket which could be as simply as adding the link to the mail for view / download on the ticket:
