Ability to configure time in Jira Service management reports for Bussiness Hours.
Currently, it would not be possible to only have the Business Hours shown and calculated in Jira Service Management reports, and there is no option to exclude non-business hours from Jira Service Management reports.
Suggested Solution
It would be helpful if we can customize reports and include only business hours for accurate results from the report because some businesses sell support hours to clients and want to have reports available on business hours. It would make sense to have this kind of reporting along with real issues on the service desk.
