Creating request for customers using jEditor after migration to cloud throws error

      Issue Summary

      For customers who were using jEditor on server, and have migrated to cloud after that, but are still using jEditor, after rich text support is enabled on request create page on portal, submitting a request throws validation error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Install jEditor on server instance
      2. Migrate to cloud
      3. Go to create request page on Portal and try to create request after submitting all required fields

      Expected Results

      Request should create successfully

      Actual Results

      User gets validation error for required text area field (eg, description) even after passing valid value

      Please provide a value for required field 'Description*
