Improve error message when trying to disable Service Management features

If there is a request type associated with the Service Management features, when trying to disable them in Project Settings > Features, we see the following error message:

"We couldn't disable service requests
Refresh the page and try again."

This error message is not helpful in understanding what is causing this behavior. Therefore, it would be great if the message indicated that there is a request type associated with the feature.
