Issue Summary

The Language Support in JSM for Traditional Chinese (中文 (繁體)) is mapped to Simplified Chinese (中文 (简体)), resulting in the customer portal not displaying the correct language support.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In the JSM Project Settings, add Chinese (Taiwan) language
2. Ensure that any language other than Chinese (Taiwan) is set as the PROJECT DEFAULT
   
3. Set the language in Account preferences to Traditional Chinese (中文 (繁體))
4. Navigate to the customer portal of project

Expected Results

Portal displays Traditional Chinese (中文 (繁體))

Actual Results

Portal displays the Project Default language

Workaround

Setting the language in Account preferences to Simplified Chinese (中文 (简体)) displays Traditional Chinese (中文 (繁體)) in the portal
