Issue Summary

When searching in the portal, the results will suggest a request type if the words in the search match the Summary of any issue with that particular request type.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a request with the Get IT Help Request Type (It happens with any request type)
2. Add any specific word to the Request Type, e.g: "abelha"

Expected Results

When searching for "abelha", the Request Type Get It Help should not be suggested, since the word (Workaround) is only on the issue summary.

Actual Results

The Request Type will be suggested when searching for the word.

 Notes

The Request Type suggestion will happen to all users that have access to that particular request.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
