Description
Summary
The customer's instance is configured as a german JIRA Cloud instance, but for some reason are users still seeing Custom Fields, related to JSM (and also JIRA Software) that are not properly translated. Remains in English
The system language is German, profile language is German

Steps to Reproduce
- Set profile language to German
- Open any JIRA Service Desk ticket.
- Tried to translate the custom fields > click on update
- The same page reloads no update occurs
Expected Results
All custom fields should be translated into German
Actual Results
Fields are still in English. I understand for the locked field we have an FR: but this is affecting the normal custom fields as well
