Issue Summary

Customer would like to see the list of Organizations available as it is showing No Matches by default.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create one or more new Organization under Customers ( Channels and People )
2. Go to Create Issue screen and click on the Organization and you will see No matches 

Expected Results

Customer would like to see the list of All the Organizations which are created rather than seeing No matches.

Actual Results

We are seeing No Matches and when we start typing the Organization name it pulls the results.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
