Support Pre-populating text fields for Forms enabled Customer Portals

      Request

      Have the ability to pre-populate text fields, such as the summary and description by editing the URL for a Portal request form/ This is specifically when Forms is used for the request forms fields.

      Currently if Forms is configured for those fields on the Portal using ?summary=test (for example) appended at the end of the request form URL, it will not populate "test" on the summary field.

      Workaround

      No workaround available, besides not using Forms for Request Form fields.
