      Issue Summary

When informing a long Request form description for the Request type, it causes issues on the screen when trying to associate the Request type with a Category.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an unassigned request type in a Service project
      2. Inform a long Request form description for the Request type (more than 250 characters)
      3. Try to associate this Request type with a work category

      Expected Results

Able to select the Request type checkbox on the association screen

      Actual Results

Not able to select the Request type checkbox on the association screen

      Workaround

      • Inform a short Request form description
      • Remove the long Request form description from the Request type, then associate it with the work category, and then apply the long Request form description again
      • When you face the screen issue, reducing the screen zoom can also fix it
