From an IT support team perspective, it would be great if ProForma had the functionality of creating issues to your project without requiring the user to log in.

Having an external submission link where un-authenticated users could submit a ticket.

Workaround:

Use the JSM Portal feature and allow anyone to create an issue (see documentation)
