Issue Summary

When we configure 2 or more approval in the workflow, the Approver info the portal only shows the later approver

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure 2 different approvals for different statuses in the workflow
2. Ensure the approver is different for both the approvals
3. Create a request
4. Complete the approvals
5. Open the request in the portal view

Expected Results

Portal should show correct approver for the approvals

Actual Results

We can see the later approved for both the approvals
