Currently, when a custom URL is specified as part of the customer email template on JSM projects, the URL gets amended with "/servicedesk/customer/portal/XX/{issuekey}" when user doesn't have a valid license and due to this behavior the URL becomes invalid.
This seems to be due to the current setup, where we validate the pattern of URL and amend "/ServiceDesk/customer/portal/XX/{issuekey}" if the user is not licensed.
