Approval/Rejection Process For Tickets From Non-Registered Portal Customers

      Summary

      It would be ideal to have an approval process specifically for non-registered portal customers who try to submit tickets within an open portal.

      For example, if an unwanted ticket was trying to be created it could be approved/rejected before the issues are actually created, for non-registered portal customers. This could prevent unwanted tickets from being populated within a project/queue.
