Ability to make Assets components(schema, etc) accessible to JSW & JWM license users

    Description

      Problem:

      Assets as part of JSM Premium/Enterprise is currently available ONLY to JSM licensed users.

      JSW(Jira Software) and JWM(Jira Work Managment) users can only access values in Assets objects fields in a Jira issue. They can't access the Assets section(object schemas, object types, etc)

      Suggested solution:

      It would be helpful if Assets is available to Jira Software & Jira Work Managment users as well to add/manage the assets as it was available in Insight Cloud App(Legacy Insight) and restrictions were applied based on Insight roles.

      Why this is important:

      Assets is used by our customers because it basically is a database of objects of any meaning. This forced limitation makes not only migrations from on-premise to the cloud harder but also limits our usability of Insight/JSM premium as a whole.
