      This issue is not on our current roadmap; however, recently, forms started supporting Atlassian's SmartLinks, which means you can now embed youtube clips or confluence pages into forms. While not a perfect solution, you can put an image on a Confluence page and have it displayed in the form (Loom screenshots are also supported).

      Allow images to be added in the form builder.
