How to trigger a webhook in jira to azure Pipeline

      Hi 

      I used forms to create a category called "Import" within Imports I have 3 field's 

      1. Enviroment
      2. Brand
      3. Market

      When user clicks send. The ticket is created however I would like automatie this process as a Azure Pipeline. So it can run from Jira to Azure Pipeline. 

      Can you suggest how I would get this triggered?
