      Forms date format is not the same as Jira date format

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a date field to a form
      2. Load the form

      Expected Results

      For the date format to match the one used within Jira

      Actual Results

      Date format is dd/mm/yyyy

      Workaround

      Using a Text field with A4J to change the date & time format:
