Issue Summary

When displayed in chinese, the priority column is incomplete in JSM, only the "P" is displayed, not the "priority".

It should display the 3 characters of "优先级", but only "优先" is displayed
In Jira software, it is displayed properly.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a JSM project
2. Create some issues for issue list display purposes
3. Display issue list 
4. Change language to Chinese
5. Display issue list
6. Compare priority column header chinese characters in Jira Software with same in Jira Service Management.

Expected Results

Chinese character display for priority column should be in parity between JSW and JSM projects

Actual Results

Chinese character display for priority column does not display full characters for priority in JSM issue list view, and is not in parity with JSW projects

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
