Have the ability to report based on how many comments are added by agents/team in a ticket

      Summary

      It would be good on JSM reports have the ability to measure how many comments are added by agents/team in a period of time as for now there's no native JQL function or Dashboard to implement this.

      Workaround

      Use a third-party add-on such as ScriptRunner
