ability to disable customer notifications after ticket has been closed

      Issue Summary

      Request for the ability to disable/enable customer notification when a ticket has been closed. The ticket should still be editable but if agents/automation/customer adds a comment there should not be any notification.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Close a ticket and add a comment.

      Expected Results

      There should be no notification sent out for the comment if the ticket has been closed

      Actual Results

      There is a notification sent out when a comment has been added. There is no way of stopping the notification unless you disable the customer notification but it will also stop the notification from going out for tickets that are still open.
