Responder alerts are created with the feature disabled

      Hi everyone, 

      Dev team has worked on fix to correct this behaviour for responder alerts. Going ahead, Responders Alerts toggle will still be a project level configuration, but it will impact all older and newer incidents. We are starting the rollout really soon, and expect the changes to land up for all customers in couple of weeks.

      Issue Summary

      Responder alerts are still created in Opsgenie even if the feature is disabled.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable the Responder Alerts in your Service Project
      2. Raise a request of incident category
      3. Disable the Responder Alerts
      4. Add a new responder to the request raised on step 2

      Expected Results

      No alerts will be raised for this responder

      Actual Results

      A responder alert is raised in Opsgenie

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
