Make Insight fields editable for Jira Software Users

    Description

      Problem:

      Insight fields can be placed on (Jira Software)JSW project issue types, but can only be edited by admins/agents (JSM licensed users). Jira Software users have a read-only view of the Insight object field on the issue view.

       

      Suggested solution:

      As it was before the integration of Insight to Jira Service Management, Jira Software users should be able to edit Insight fields. Insight fields are used by all users are MUST NOT be restricted to JSM users

       

      Why this is important:

      A lot of customers bought Insight AM as third-party application and are using Insight AM as repositories for their assets, for CRM ..etc. Insight fields used to be editable by all licensed users as custom fields are and must not be restricted to JSM Agents and Jira Admins.
