It's great that we can generate QR codes, in Insight, now.
It's not great that the only thing, other than the code, that prints on them is the Insight Key.
We should be able to add our Company name, at least, but I don't see any way to customize the QR codes. Is that something you are going to be adding, soon?

[JSDCLOUD-10975] Customize Assets QR codes / print label tags
IT Asset Management lacks a lot of features, customization, and reporting capabilities. While JSM has steered us down a good direction, it's not great, so we have decided to move to another ITSM platform that more closely aligns with our strategies and way of doing business. We will be abandoning JSM in the next 6 months.
I agree, this should be a part of the basic functionality. With all of the improvements to assets, can this be prioritized?
JSM is only relevant to us for the assets. If the feature does not come soon, we will have to look at another solution.
This is a critcal feature that needs to be on Cloud, this feature is one of the reasons we decide to continue using Jira for asset management.
Seems like a basic feature that should be available. We are currently jumping through hoops to get anything other than the QR code on our asset tags.
This is a must if we are putting labels on boxes just having a QR code with none of the attributes from the asset is not helpful.
There is no workaround or apps on the marketplace to help.
Lets get this implemented please!
