Problem:
When creating a ticket via the email channel and highlighting a text, it won't show on the description of the ticket since the markdown doesn't support such formats.
Although the markdown guide shows two options to highlight a text, it doesn't work in Jira.

Suggestion:
Support highlighted text in markdown editor in Jira Cloud.
