      Issue Summary

      Missing "Submit and Save" / "Submit" option in ProForma form in a Jira Service Management request form (ticket)

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a ticket from the portal
      2. Add a form to the ticket via automation or manually
      2.1 Refresh and wait for the ProForma to load in the same ticket.
      2.2 Observe – you can "Edit" the form, but cannot "Submit" it.

      Expected Results

      The form should show "Submit" button in portal view if the advanced settings/options for the JSM Portal toggle in the form settings is not ticked for "Portal: Hide submit button".

      Actual Results

      The form should does not show "Submit" button in portal view if the advanced settings/options for the JSM Portal toggle in the form settings is not ticked for "Portal: Hide submit button".

      Workaround

      Fortunately there is a workaround. Steps are as follows for each form template affected:

      • Open form in form editor
      • go to form settings
      • toggle on JSM Portal (if not already toggled on)
      • tick all advanced options
      • untick all advanced options
      • untoggle JSM Portal
      • save changes
