      Problem Definition

When the following conditions are met:

      1. Email Approvals are configured to allow Approvals without logging in
      2. The Approval is configured on the Workflow to not require all Approvers

It is very likely that someone clicking the Approve button in their Email will be lead to a screen conveying that there is a problem.

This message is vague and doesn't convey what might be the cause of any problem that may, or may not, be occurring.
In this case, there is not a problem, as the request has been Approved.
This message creates confusion due to its ambiguity.

      Suggested Solution

Have this page convey what has actually happened more clearly, such as "Request already approved" or something similar.
Or rather, provide a page specific to already approved or declined requests that does not create confusion about why a user is seeing it.

      Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
