Issue Summary

When editing a Request Form, trying to edit value for hidden fields sometimes causes the entire screen to get greyed out and be stuck, forcing the user to refresh the page

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open to a Service project
2. Go to Project Settings -> Request Type
3. Select a Request Type, then go to the 'Request Form' tab
4. Make sure to have a hidden field. For a hidden field, click on 'Edit Value' (Sometimes, this needs to be clicked a few times to reproduce)

Expected Results

The value for the hidden field can be edited

Actual Results

Clicking on 'Edit Value' causes the screen to be stuck, forcing a page refresh

Workaround

Refresh the page and try editing the value again.
