Issue Summary

When you try to edit the preset values on hidden fields on a request type's request form, the pop-up won't load, the screen will be locked and you'll need to refresh the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Project Settings > Request Types > Select a request type
2. Go to the Request Form tab
3. If you don't have any hidden field configured, first hide a field.
4. On the Hidden fields with preset values section, click Edit value next to a hidden field.
5. Close the pop-up and click on Edit Value again. The pop-up won't show up and the screen will be locked, forcing you to reload the page. Sometimes this happens as soon as you click Edit Value for the first time, so you're not even able to open the pop-up at all.

Expected Results

The pop-up should always come up to edit the value of the hidden field.

Actual Results

The pop-up isn't displayed and the screen is locked.

Workaround

• If you're not able to set a preset value on a field through this process, remove the field from the form and use automation for Jira instead to create a rule that will automatically set the field value when an issue is created.
• Reload the tab on your browser whenever you run into this problem (demonstration video)
