Problem Definition: When the approver approves the issue, the next status would either be  "If Rejected, transition status to xxxxxxx" or "If Approved, transition status to yyyyyyy" based on the predefined value in the approval screen. But the requirement is that the approver should be able to choose the next transition by himself.
