Issue Summary
The customer accounts (portal-only) are not able to raise Forms in the Portal. When creating a Forms and linking it to a Request Type available in the Portal, the customer accounts are able to raise the tickets, but the Forms is not created.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a Forms in JSM project
- Link the Forms to a Request Type form available in the Portal
- Login with a portal-only account and raise a ticket with this Request Type in the Portal
Expected Results
Ticket created and Forms created properly
Actual Results
Ticket is created but the Forms is not created
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
