Currently, incidents display changes related to the affected services they're associated with (and vice versa). 

Suggestion

Add the ability to also display changes and incidents associated with dependent services.

Example:
If an Incident is associated with Service 1, but Service 1 depends on Service 2, the Changes on affected services panel should also include changes associated with Service 2.
