Implementation of New Features Policy

Problem Definition

Currently, JSM agents can:

• invite a new customer to the project (it will create a portal-only account on the site)
• but not revoke site access.

Only the site admins can revoke site access.

Suggested Solution

Provide the ability for Jira administrators to enable an option to allow agents to revoke site access. For example, the following options would be good:

• (default) Agents cannot revoke site access - current behavior
• Agents can revoke site access only if the customer account belongs to the projects where the agent has the permission to invite customers
• Agents can revoke site access no matter their permission is (it can affect other projects) - somehow excessive

It'd be helpful if the agent can see a list of the customer-belonging projects when operating.
