Issue Summary

cannot create a project using the template "IT service management (Essentials)" with the Italian language

Steps to Reproduce

1. Try to create a Service management project with the template "IT service management (Essentials)"
2. Choose Default language as Italiano 

Expected Results

Able to create the project

Actual Results

Get an error "project not created. For some reason, magic didn't happen." and there is a 500 response from the server:

Workaround

Use English as a default language, however since this template creates a team-managed ITSM project you cannot change the default language later. But, you can add  later add translations in Italian for customers to use:

If the project default language has to be Italian, try to use the template for a company to manage the project "IT service management" and set the default language to Italian from project settings
