Since we are using +150 JSM projects in Jira Service Management, we urgently need the possibility to structure the projects on the main page of the JSM Help Center portal.
Currently all +150 JSM projects are displayed in a flat hierarchy. So the users need to browse thorugh all +150 projects, to find their project - in the worst case.
It would be very helpful, if we could e.g. group JSM-projects and display the groups on the main page of the Help Center portal.
With this feature we could e.g. group the JSM projects by certain topics / departments, which would allow the users to navigate through the groups to find their project.
This would increase the usability of the JSM portal a lot!
