Accessing forms for users not logged into Jira or directing the user to log in instead of returning an error/block.

When a user who is not logged in to Jira clicks on a direct link to a form, they get the below error rather than being redirected to login.

"Something's gone wrong. Our team has been notified. If the problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support."

This is confusing for our users since it's not obvious they aren't logged in.
